Younger Years
Little is known about G'lissa's past. In fact, the only information available is what is in Ul'dah public records: Immigrated from Radz-at-Han. Applied to join the the Flames. Quickly rose through the ranks through sheer determination and skill as a Paladin. Resigned right when it was assumed she would be promoted to a high leadership role within the next year.If any of her old comrades are asked about the reason for her departure they will all shrug, and say they know not.Present Day
G'lissa can now be found wandering around Eorzea as a travelling mercenary. While she had been known in the past for her skills as a Paladin, she now carries a sword on each hip. The fighting style she uses is that of the Viper, which she claims to have learned from a traveller from the New World.

General Demeanor
G'lissa is fairly friendly with those who speak to her unless given a reason to raise arms. She is always watching her surroundings, even when engaging in conversation. More recently she has regained her once jovial demeanor. While she is a very experienced fighter she will not boast, and is not over confident. She believes everyone has something to teach.When in a combat situation G'lissa Has a second personality that will take over. Her pupils change from their normal round shape to the more cat-like slits. She loses all sense of emotion. She is likely to attack allies. The reasons for this can be found in RP.Friendships

Love a good spar? G'lissa is always happy to have a match with anyone who asks. Her skill is well known in the city of Ul'dah, and this seems to be the only bit of her past she desires to hold onto.Mercenary Work
Need to hire someone for a job? Need help with a job you've been hired for? She is happy to hear you out. So long as she is fairly compensated, that is. G'lissa seemingly has no fear, and will accept a job no matter what the danger.Wine

New to the art, G'lissa seeks to pick the brain of anyone she deems more talented than she. While she has made a few pieces she is proud of, she has yet to make something she deemed worthy to wield herself.

OOC Information

  • I will not tolerate bigotry of any kind Examples: Homophobia, Transphobia, Racism etc. This list is NOT exhaustive.

  • I am 21+ and prefer my writing partners to be 21+ as well. I will write with 18-20 in a group/public setting, but will not engage in any RP of a sexual nature with this age group.

  • I am happy to RP dark and light themes. My character has quite a dark background, but without a long term writing history with someone these topics will not come up. She is very private about her past. If you prefer to write about mature themes there must be consent given by all parties involved.

  • G'lissa is neutral to friendly with most people, but can become quite antagonistic and confrontational in certain situations. Please know this is not a reflection of my thoughts on your character. Open conversation OOC is important in these scenarios. If you are uncomfortable we can change course, no questions asked.

  • IC ≠ OOC. I feel like this should be obvious, but the amount of writing partners I've lost due to this is staggering. I am a single mother who is absolutely not looking for anything IRL. This hobby is just that. A hobby. If this boundary is crossed I will not think twice about ending any writing projects we are working on together.

  • G'lissa is technically romantically available, but please understand this is not something that would happen quickly. Proper build up would need to happen before she ever entered a relationship.

  • I am happy to ERP with G'lissa, as long as it is understood she does this with no romantic interest. This would also need proper RP to lead up to it, not simply, "Wanna fuck?"

  • Occaisionally I may need a bit of time to myself. This doesn't happen frequently, but as a mother to a disabled child some days can be harder than others. I will clearly communicate this with you if I am suddenly unavailable.

  • I live in the UK, so time zones can be weird.

  • Please do not control my character. It's very rude.

  • I prefer semi paragraph/paragraph writing. Not super short, and not super long. I find that several paragraph writings can take away from being able to respond to things because the moment has passed. However, I realise sometimes this is needed.

  • I only RP in third person. Do not push for first person. I will block you. It makes me highly uncomfortable.
